Finance & Taxation Compliance The Commercial Taxes Department, Govt. of Rajasthan on September 08, 2026, notified the extension to the VAT Return Filing Deadlines – FY 2026-27.

The Department has extended the deadlines for electronic submission/availability of VAT returns for August, September and October 2026 under the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025 and Rajasthan VAT Rules, 2026. The revised deadlines are: FORM VAT RET-03 – December 7, 2026; FORM VAT RET-01 – December 10, 2026; FORM VAT RET-01A – December 14, 2026; and FORM VAT RET-02 – December 17, 2026.
